O.U.R. Flute Quartet in Recital
Dr. Lisa Garner Santa and Dr. Spencer Hartman (TTU) join Dr. Pamela Youngblood and Dr. Sam Hood (TWU) in recital. O.U.R. Flute Quartet is dedicated to the commission and performance of musical works that are original, universal, and relevant. This program, titled “She/His/Theirs,” will feature works by Pauline Oliveros, Mike Mower, and Ahmed Al Abaca. Al Abaca composed “One More Angel” for O.U.R. Flute Quartet - it was premiered on September 24, 2022 at the National College Music Society and National Association of Wind and Percussion Instructors combined conference in Long Beach, CA.
